About Kristina Kigan

I've spent over 10 years fixing the internal problems that slow businesses down - across healthcare, tech, staffing, and operations, in Lithuania, London, Australia, and the United States.

I started my HR career in Sydney, where I completed an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources and worked directly inside businesses as they scaled. One of those engagements - a small design company struggling with team structure and internal chaos - became the project that shaped how I work today. I identified the gaps, restructured their operations, realigned the team, and left them with systems that actually held. That experience proved something I already believed: most growing businesses don't need a full-time HR department. They need the right person to come in, do the work, and leave them better than they found them.

How I work

I come in, learn your business, identify what's missing or broken, and build solutions that your team can actually maintain after I leave. I don't do retainers. I don't create dependency. Every engagement ends with a handoff meeting where I walk you through everything we built together. My approach is direct. I'll tell you what I see, what needs fixing, and what it will take. No fluff, no jargon - just clear, practical work.
