I've spent over 10 years focusing on business systems improvement to address and fix the internal problems that slow organizations down across various sectors, including healthcare, tech, staffing, and operations, in locations such as Lithuania, London, Australia, and the United States.

I began my HR consulting career in Sydney, where I completed an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources and worked directly within companies as they scaled. One significant engagement was with a small design company facing challenges with team structure and internal chaos. This project was pivotal in shaping my current approach. I identified the gaps, restructured their operations, and realigned the team, leaving them with systems that were effective and sustainable. This experience reinforced my belief that most growing businesses don't require a full-time HR department; rather, they need the right expertise to come in, implement effective operations consulting, and ensure they are left in a better position than before.
